Kim has been grooming for 24 years, co-founded Sydnee's Pet Grooming, and created the Era Animal Wellness Method that everything here is built on. Her mission is to change this industry for the better, naturally, one wildly beautiful pet at a time.

Zoe is our shop manager and has been a valued part of the salon team for the past three years. She takes great pride in providing the highest level of care to every pet she works with and loves building meaningful relationships with both pets and their parents.

Zoe is qualified in cat grooming and is passionate about continuing to grow her skills and knowledge. She has completed numerous grooming classes and continues to pursue additional education to further her expertise.

One of Zoe's favorite parts of grooming is seeing the positive changes in a pet's behavior and watching their confidence grow, especially when she gets to see pets become more comfortable, happy, and trusting. When she is not at the salon, Zoe loves spending time outdoors, playing video games, and heading out on road trips to explore new places.

Hi, I am Katie! I have been grooming for over 3 years, and I could not imagine doing anything else. I have three adorable cats and hopefully when I am out of an apartment I will have a little zoo of my own.

I have always been an animal lover and I knew dog grooming was my thing as soon as I found it. I love spending my days getting to know each dog's quirky little personality and helping them feel happy and confident.

For me, grooming is not just about making your pup look cute, it is about creating a calm and positive experience. I want every pup that comes to me to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I cannot wait to meet your pup!

I am Maddee! I have loved animals for as long as I can remember, and I even have a kitty of my own at home. I am a creative person who loves working with my hands, which is one of the many reasons I love dog grooming.

Another one of my favorite parts of being a groomer is building connections, not only with the clients I work with, but with their parents too. I work hard to create a positive and comfortable environment and build trust with every dog that comes into my care.

I find it very rewarding seeing a pup come in needing a little extra TLC and watching them leave looking and feeling their best. I love knowing that I get to play a small part in helping each dog feel happy and comfortable. I am excited to meet you and your furry friends!

Jessica lives in Salt Lake City with her husband and their two dogs, Margot and Cleo. After six years in the esthetics industry, she decided to combine her love of hands-on care and creativity with something she has always loved: dogs.

Her own dogs have played a big role in shaping her career path. First, Margot sparked her interest in temperament, behavior, and training. Then Cleo introduced her to the world of grooming and quickly became the reason she wanted to learn more.

Jessica began working at Happi Pup Spa in spring of 2026 and loves that there is always something new to learn (and dogs to love on). She cares deeply about making dogs feel comfortable, understood, safe, and well cared for throughout the grooming process.

Outside of work you can find Jessica with a good book, on a run, at a local brewery, knitting, planning over the top parties, playing video games, or spending time with her husband and their dogs.

Brooklyn is a dedicated dog and cat groomer with over two years of professional grooming experience. She is passionate about providing every pet with a safe, positive grooming experience while helping them look and feel their very best.

She especially enjoys poodle trims, and creating clean, balanced grooms with long, stylish legs.

As a pet owner herself, Brooklyn understands the trust it takes to leave a beloved companion in someone else's care. Her patience, attention to detail, and genuine love for animals shine through in every groom, and she strives to make each visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible for both pets and their owners.

Melissa is new to the Happi Pup family, but she enjoys her days at the spa, meeting all the cute furry friends who come in. She loves making the pups look and feel their best.

On days she is not working, she may be found hiking in the mountains with her own pups, running on the trails, or skiing in the wintertime.

Zina is the ball of sunshine you will see in the lobby as our receptionist. They answer the phones, handle scheduling, and are usually working on a side quest to help things run smoothly at Happi Pup. They aim to make every parent and pup's experience a great one, and they love being the resident treat and loves dealer here.

They grew up with an English Mastiff and many rescues, so they are no stranger to dog hair and slobber. When they are not at Happi Pup, you can catch them dazzling audiences both on stage and behind the scenes. Their favorite show they have done is a drunk Shakespeare production of Twelfth Night at MadKings, as the Fool.
